  They really need to have a point of contact - no email address and no phone number on their website so can't get any help on a few technical questions I want to ask about. No information either on their site as to where their expensive albeit decent quality racks and platforms are manufactured,.......pretty poor corporate flag flying if you ask me. Usually when companies hide contact details, what else are they hiding. I don't want to hassle or bother one of their "retailers" with a dozen questions which they may not be able to answer anyway - would prefer to ask the info to the manufacturer then order through their retailer but maybe not now.....sorry guys but just be a little more transparent please.
